Sprint employees had access to a wide range of growth and development opportunities, but many were unsure which resources best aligned with their career path. Whether they envisioned themselves excelling as individual contributors or leading teams, employees needed a clear, engaging way to explore the options available to them. The challenge was to create a resource that was not only informative but also interactive and easy to navigate.
We designed an interactive growth and development presentation tailored to Sprint employees. The experience guided participants through different career paths—individual contributor or people leader—while highlighting the specific programs, tools, and resources available for each. Using a visually engaging and intuitive format, the presentation empowered employees to take ownership of their career journey, explore their options at their own pace, and gain a deeper understanding of the support Sprint provided.
The presentation became a dynamic resource for Sprint’s workforce, increasing awareness and engagement with professional development opportunities.
